Tube Layout Program optimizes tubesheet design by finding the largest number of tubes which can be placed in a given tubesheet, or finding the smallest tubesheet diameter which will contain the required number of tubes. Various pass partitions are supported. There can be up to eight tube passes. RhoV 2 is calculated and compared with the allowable per TEMA. The program automatically generates a tubesheet drawing in DXF format. Interactive help is available. This is a standalone program and does not require any other Codeware software for operation. Additionally, it is accessible from within the Heat Exchanger design program where data is shared between the programs.
