Section Builder provides two libraries of bridge pier shapes. After creating
sections using shapes from those libraries, use Section Builder to evaluate
the sections for uniaxial and biaxial moments. You can also plot axial,
shear, and torsional stresses for the sections as well as combine the
stresses for the sections.
